IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in the sport and activities of AIRSOFT/PAINTBALL/IBATTLE OR to enter into an area designated at Battle Park Sports Amusement Games, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that;

1. I/We recognize the risk(s) of injury from the activities and equipment involved in AIRSOFT, including the risks for permanent disability and death. While particular protective equipment(s) and personal discipline will minimize the risks, the chance of serious injury still exist.

2. I/WE KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM

THE NEGLIGENCE of those persons released from liability below, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. I/We understand that ALL the activities of BATTLE PARK SPORTS are physically, emotionally and mentally intense. I understand the rules of playing and will comply with all the rules and regulations to participate. If I observe any unusual hazard during my participation, I will notify the attention the nearest official as soon as possible.

4. I/We, for myself and on behalf of my family, heirs or personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE FROM ANY LIABILITY the Battle Park for Sports Amusement Games, it’s owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the AIRSOFT for children 18 years old below, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees (“Release”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH or loss of damage to person or property, except that which is the result of gross negligence and/or intended misconduct. I/We, understand and agree that this Release of Liability Agreement covers each and every Shooting activity(s) and event in which I participate hereafter.

5. I/We will immediately notify the employees if I have any allergies or sickness that will need immediate attention pre/post of play.

6. I/We understand that Battle Park Sports isn’t liable for any lost items in any way whatsoever which a responsibility on my /our part.

7. I/We give our consent to Battle Park Sports to use our given mobile numbers as well as email address should there be a need to contact us for promotions, advertisement(s) etc.

8. I/We understand should we accidentally or pro-actively break anything during the course of activity that I/We will pay the necessary damage(s) as compensation.

9. I/We acknowledge that during the course of using the overall facility, my photograph may be taken by the official employee or an agent or designee of the BATTLE PARK Company as well as their CCTV’s. I knowingly understand and give consent to any photograph or filmed image taken of me participating in any activity within the facility and said photographs or film shall become the property of the BATTLE PARK SPORTS or any of its employees. The Participant hereby grants the official(s)/employee(s) and/or its agent or designee a permission to use any such photograph(s) or film(s) of him/her for use in materials promoting their company. Such use may include publication in the local newspaper, website, brochures, general advertising and other vehicles that may be distributed to or otherwise seen by large numbers of individuals and potential patrons of their company.

10. I acknowledge that I will be consuming food and drink from various establishments and restaurants while taking part in the Activity, and I understand that BATTLE PARK SPORTS makes no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding any food or drink I may consume. Any ill effect from any food or drink, including but not limited to food poisoning, intoxication, sickness, or allergic reaction shall not be the fault or responsibility of BATTLEPARK SPORTS.
